Jack K. Answered on 7 Aug, 2018 03:26 PM. I'm not exactly sure what you will be doing, but I would save the SolidWorks assembly as a Part file (.sldprt) to 'lock in' the positional constraints. Then convert the part file to STEP, and convert this to a CATIA CATPart file. Stand Alone Software : Imports and exports CAD formats without licenses of CAD softwares.
